It is always good to think of the medications you will require before your step out of your comfort Zone. Medications and Vaccinations being one of the most important things on your checklist are not to be messed with. 

Here is what I suggest. 

  1. Talk to your Doctor :

Get yourself a routine check up. Who knows you haven't followed up with that Tetanus shot since last year? 

     2.  Keep adequate supply of your prescriptions:

Carry an adequate amount of your prescription pills (if any) along with the prescription itself before leaving for your AIESEC exchange. 

3. Contact your Opportunity Manager and inform:

Inform your opportunity Manager of your medical conditions if any. Doing so will help you make sure that you have someone to tend to you in case of emergencies. 

If you have taken care of the things above then you are good to go!!
