AIESEC always ensures frequent communication with our exchange participants through different touchpoints before, during, and after the exchange.

the AIESEC office in your host country needs to inform you regarding:
How the application is going.
After the exchange participant gets approved, sending all the required information regarding the Visa procedures.
If there is any problem, the AIESEC office in your host country needs to be available to solve the problem once reported and communicated by the Exchange participant.
At the end of the exchange, the AIESEC office in your host country needs to finalize the exchange participant's experience.

While this is a very uncommon occurrence, we appreciate that unexpected issues may arise regarding the communication between the Exchange participant and the AIESEC Host office. In this case, we advise you to approach the AIESEC office in your Home country and ask their help to push the communication forward.
