The legitimacy to pursue an AIESEC internship varies from country/territory to another. The internship can require a Visa or not. Visa. If Visa is needed for an internship, there will be specific documents that the AIESEC Host office and the company /organization (where the internship will take place) need to provide to the Intern.

What to do if your AIESEC responsible abroad did not provide the necessary documentation?
First of all, and most importantly, when you face this issue, contact the AIESEC Host office and home offices, ask them to provide the necessary documents as soon as possible.

What are the obligations of the AIESEC host office and Company/ organization?
Must provide every needed documentation for you within two weeks from the date of your Approval.
If two weeks are insufficient, you need to be informed in advance and agreed for the timeline that the AIESEC Host office and Company propose
AIESEC Home office needs to follow up on the visa procedure

Failure and Compensation
Suppose AIESEC Host office and the Company/ organization fail to provide documentation and information needed. In that case, compensation can apply for you according to the compensation policy written in the AIESEC Exchange Product Policy and the refund policy noted in the contract you signed with your AIESEC Home office.
Suppose the visa application gets rejected because of AIESEC Host country or Company. In that case, compensation can apply for you written in the AIESEC Exchange Product Policy and the refund policy noted in the contract you signed with your AIESEC Home office.

If both your AIESEC Home & Host offices cannot help you with this situation and provide a clear solution in 3 days, please contact the Entity Control Board, and they will help you with this.
